Strategy Manager

Position Overview:

As a key member of the Strategy & Analytics team, the Strategy Manager role is designed to work with, and support, the program team members as they plan, develop, and craft strategies for our clients. This role will help drive business growth by clearly setting direction, KPI establishment and making meaningful sense of the results. They will also own the development and facilitation of select deliverables like program roadmaps, evolving program scope, as well as managing client expectations for workflow and responsibilities. What you will be doing:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
  • KPI Management and evaluation
  • Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 campaigns
  • Collaborate with our client partners to clearly identify purpose across digital channels including mobile and emerging platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader team across the program to help craft and deliver the daily workflow
  • Be an integral contributor to program roadmaps and evolving program scope
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Play a key role in the new business development process

What we're looking for:

  • Has an understanding of market research, consumer insights, direct metrics and digital metrics
  • Can combine vision and strong tactical execution
  • Can contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions with cross-function teams in order to develop new concepts into actionable solutions for our clients
  • Understands qualitative and quantitative research approaches that leverage traditional and innovative methodologies that uncover consumer behaviors, attitudes, and motivations across categories, brands, and platforms
  • Is a great storyteller and presenter
  • Has a passion for learning and understanding what makes consumers take certain actions and engage with brands

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Automotive background in analytics and strategy
  • Minimum of (5) years of overall experience in one or more of the following disciplines; Digital Strategy, media strategy, research analytics, tier 3 retailing and support

Considered an Asset:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Automotive Sales Operations experience, reporting and systems
  • Deep understanding of how to interface with primary and secondary research to create compelling narrative that informs plan development and communication recommendations.
