Senior Account Manager

UnityWorks Media is looking for a new Senior Account Manager to join their Minneapolis team!

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Accounts, the Senior Account Manager has the day to day responsibility to oversee all activity related to key strategic accounts. This includes program management of client related deliverables, and executing campaign related objectives.  Through collaboration with all departments including peers and the executive team, the Account Manager will be specifically responsible for the customers that are assigned to their personal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key accounts and internal teams ensuring client related successes
  • Accountable for developing, managing and coordinating campaign strategies for key accounts
  • Play a key role in sustaining client related retention
  • Provide direct oversight and management of all program related deliverables including budgets, billing, reporting and partner relationships
  • Create and manage campaign delivery timelines to assure online delivery of all projects
  • Lead efforts to qualify and assess new business and project responsibilities
  • Assist Manager of Strategic Accounts as needed

Skills and Qualifications:     

  • Ability to interact at all levels of management internal and with customers
  • Superior selling and negotiating skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time amongst leads
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Automotive experience is a plus

Required Experience:

  • Requires 5+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work in a highly productive, constantly changing environment
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment
