Inside Sales Manager

Autodata Solutions is looking for a Inside Sales Manager to join their growing Troy, Michigan team!

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Manager will be pivotal in the success of the company's sales department. You will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure the continued success of existing client relationships and pipeline, while forging new initiatives to secure additional growth potential. The successful candidate will be expected to hold a key role in the hiring, training, and day-to-day management of the Inside Sales Team. This can consist of setting sales goals, tracking sales, forecasting, reviewing budgets and producing various reports for stake holders.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage all aspects of the Inside Sales Team
  • Play an integral role in the recruitment process of new team members
  • Forecast, set and manage sales goals and expectations
  • Creating sales department budgets
  • Constantly evaluate and implement improvements for our sales practices
  • Develop and Generate informative sales reports
  • Maintain existing Client relationships
  • Strategize ways to grow existing accounts, and blaze the trail towards new and rewarding partnerships

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years experience in a sales environment
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Varied Sales experience including; facilitating pre-existing sales pipeline and building new pipeline from scratch
  • Proven ability to evaluate, forecast and achieve revenue targets
  • Attention to detail is a must
