Field Process Advisor

Autodata Solutions is looking for a Field Process Advisor to join their Field Operations team in the Great Lakes Region!


Position Overview:

As a Field Process Advisor with Autodata, you will provide expert digital sales & marketing guidance to the dealerships of one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. With your eye for detail and ability to quickly build strong relationships, you will analyze dealership tactics, strategy, sales philosophy and execution to improve their efficiencies and help them increase sales. The successful candidate will have familiarity with the automotive industry, while being highly motivated, energetic and outgoing.  This role supports our Great Lakes Region from Michigan to Kentucky with regular travel throughout this area required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate new dealer relationships in the Great Lakes Region (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana & Kentucky)
  • Consult with the clients to identify digital marketing processes in need of improvement to increase dealership sales
  • Collaborate with dealers to help execute changes and provide process training services
  • Execute the OEMs Digital Playbook and measure results on a dealer by dealer basis
  • Work with our experienced and award-winning field staff across industries to implement best practices with your dealers
  • Provide outstanding dealer customer service and regular account maintenance
  • Advise dealers on products, process, and all things digital that touch each dealership profit center



  • 5 years’ experience using Digital Marketing Solutions
  • Deep understanding and demonstrated experience with automotive dealership sales support and consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze in store processes and consult on improvements
  • Experience working with dealer CRM tools (ex. Salesforce), business development centers and sales staff
  • Ability to analyze digital trends and understand how they apply to the automotive dealers sales goals
  • Ability to analyze Google Analytics accounts and create full Google AdWords accounts with proven CPC, CPL and Impression share data
