Account Coordinator

UnityWorks is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their Bloomington Accounts team!


Position Overview:

As the Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for auditing advertising and incentive data provided by our clients for the purpose of requesting production of a variety of video products from our video production team; like 6 second, 15 second and 30 second ads to be placed on Google’s Doubleclick ad network, Facebook and YouTube.  The Account Coordinator serves as the go between with Account Managers and our internal creative and production teams.  The needs of our clients are ever changing and those in this role must be able to work quickly and efficiently as dealer incentives typically change on the 1st of the month and our turnaround time for completed video is 2-3 days, which means high volume from beginning to mid-month.  In this role you will be required to communicate directly with Account Managers and outside manufacturer compliance departments to ensure our content is compliant.  As an Account Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy to ensure there are not unnecessary delays for our clients as the Account Coordinator is the first and last technical steps in the process of video creation before our media placement team launches online ad campaigns. 

As these high urgency requests taper off mid-month, other responsibilities include updating of excel tracking sheets for clients to monitor their trending ad campaign results, logging in to client YouTube channels to make changes or delete expired content, and a variety of other projects as needs arise.  You will regularly provide quality control to our customer’s websites and video assets like video landing pages, checking for accuracy and inputting corrected data into our system or requesting edits when necessary.     


Key Responsibilities:

  • Request video assets for new dealers
  • Work from an order queue in our production system to request video ads based on provided lease, APR or finance offers and other instruction requested by Account Managers on behalf of clients
  • Conduct quality analysis of our products on customer websites, finalized video assets, etc.
  • Update incentive related textual content that will be visible on video landing pages via a UnityWorks developed dashboard
  • Provide administration of YouTube channels including creation, revision, uploading new videos, retitling inventory, etc.



  • 1- 3 years in a quality control, customer support center or data-entry type role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technologies and custom software
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to converse effectively with all levels of colleagues and external contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage high volume and short deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills, sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail
