Marketing Coordinator

UnityWorks Media is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their Bloomington, MN team!

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this newly created position, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal teams to develop and implement marketing communications efforts, including advertising,  email campaigns, collateral, PowerPoint presentations, events, social media and other initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts. Specific duties will include email campaign development and execution, creating/updating sell sheets, event coordination and other marketing activities as required. The ideal candidate is a high energy and organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail and design and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and coordinate email campaigns and other marketing and lead generation efforts
  • Monitor and report on campaign results
  • Work with internal and external customer and prospect lists and continue to build and maintain the database.
  • Ensure lists are properly updated and maintained
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and update sales collateral such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogs and PowerPoint presentations
  • Proofread content for clarity, grammar, and spelling errors
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Use of InDesign is mandatory
  • At least one-year of proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or similar email platform preferred
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a positive attitude
