Senior Campaign Data Analyst

UnityWorks is seeking a Senior Campaign Data Analyst to join their team in Minneapolis. 

Position Overview

As a Senior Campaign Data Analyst, you will lead analyzing campaign data to uncover actionable insights and making recommendations that will influence campaign effectiveness.  This position will also play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining a reporting and analytics platform that includes managing complex reports, dashboards and insights that ensure successful delivery of campaign goals.  This is an analysis and client support role for a detail oriented individual with the capacity to excel in a high growth environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a subject matter expert on analytics for online advertising, develop actionable insights and recommendations that influence campaign effectiveness across multiple platforms including Doubleclick, Facebook and TrueView
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of campaign performance through analysis and provide recommendations to optimize customer and partner ROI
  • Lead initiatives that provide business unit better insights into ad engagements, audience behavior and conversion triggers
  • Manages all aspects of reporting and analysis including a strong focus on automation to scale, customer dashboards and other delivery methods for both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to identify requirements for an effective reporting strategy.
  • Identify and emulate best in class industry analytics and reporting practices
  • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients.  Ability to articulate data and other performance strategies and results


  • Post-secondary education in a Business, Marketing, Economics, or Statistics   
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics or strategy
  • Expert in Google Analytics (certification ideal), other Google media platforms and other website analysis tools 
  • Fluent in advanced Excel
  • Background in statistics and statistical modelling a plus
  • Deep understanding of media platforms including DoubleClick, Facebook, etc.
  • Expertise in Data Management Platforms (DMP) and other attribution platforms
  • Strong communication, analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective leadership skills and experience
