Content Marketing Specialist

Autodata Solutions is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join their growing Troy team!

Position Overview:

As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams as well as other internal stakeholders to develop compelling content that generates awareness and engagement with our collective brands. You will plan, write, edit and distribute content for  marketing materials, website, email communications, sell sheets, case studies, presentations, newsletter articles, blog, social media content and other projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate has excellent writing and editing ability, and experience with social media in a business to business environment.  You are a creative, high- energy team player with a passion to take things to the next level.  

What you will be doing:

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and subject matter experts to develop and implement a content editorial calendar for targeted audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update sales collateral such as sell sheets, brochures, marketing materials and PowerPoint presentation
  • Create content and distribute to our social media and blog posts
  • Proofread content for clarity, grammar and spelling errors
  • Update company website

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications, English, Journalism or related degree
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with social media in a B2B setting
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO and Google Analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and proofreading skills
  • Writing examples and/or a portfolio of your work


  • Experience with Adobe Office Suite, including Photoshop and  InDesign
  • Experience with Sales Force and/or marketing automation platforms a strong plus
  • Experience with Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or similar email platform preferred
  • Html or Word Press experience an asset
