Project Coordinator

Autodata Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their London team!

Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator helps to support projects and maintains high quality and detailed project information.  The Project Coordinator will interact with team members, vendors and clients and may support one or multiple project managers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for day to day financial, project and administrative support for our project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create documents defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure all documents are complete, versioned and stored in the appropriate company repositories
  • Ensure all project documents are issued in a timely manner and are of high quality
  • Ensure all project documents are properly formatted, according to project requirements
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Ensure project management logs, action items and artefacts are up to date and accurate, per the project requirements
  • Provide support in the preparation of process diagrams, spreadsheets, meeting notes
  • Plan and schedule project work plans, resources and other administrative tasks
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Sound understanding of project management principles and practices required
  • Detail oriented professional with excellent customer facing skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to effectively multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated desire to further knowledge through training and other forms of learning to keep knowledge recent and up-to-date.
  • PMP designation and software development background an asset
  • Excellent administration skills/background an asset
  • Strong MS office skills required (Word, Excel, Visio)
