UnityWorks has an immediate opening for a Support Specialist. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter to help deliver gold standard customer service.
The Support Specialist works with colleagues, strategic partners, and vendors to onboard new customers from contract to delivery. An integral part of the role will be to work with the greater support team to utilize critical thinking to troubleshoot problems that arise for existing clients.
