Account Manager

Position Overview:

The Account Manager maintains and expands strategic relationships with our valued customers. Assigned to support Senior Director Business Development client list, the Account Manager is responsible for revenue retention, supporting achievement of sales quota, and for the achievement of assigned account objectives.

The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes professional and productive relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Supports Business Development management to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs
  • Assists with communication between Chrome and specific accounts and major initiatives
  • Manages account relationships, maintains high service levels, retains and strengthens existing revenue
  • Translates complex information that will appeal and be understood by a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
  • Coordinates company executive involvement with client management
  • Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of  B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Excel Experience
  • 2 Years of Marketing experience nice to have
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
